One-Time Login Setup

Enter all the credentials as specified.

Click Submit Button to setup login information. This is stored on your phone and you will not be required to enter this information again. If any of your details are incorrect, then a popup of the incorrect entries will be displayed and the fields will be cleared.

A numeric key pad pops up while entering data into the numeric fields.

Verify Login

The subscription info is submitted and verified with your online StreetSafe account.

Mobile App Registration Successful

Once Verification is completed successfully you will see a "Registration Sucessful" message on your screen. You can now begin using StreetSafe.

Starting StreetSafe

Tap on the StreetSafe icon to begin using the app.

StreetSafe Simple Interface

The StreetSafe app offers two easy-to-use methods to connect you with a professionally trained safety advisor.

Slide the Red Button to the right, to activate the StreetSafe "Silent Alarm" service. WARNING: Police will be contacted immediately

Slide the Green Button to the right, to activate the StreetSafe "Walk with Me" service.

"Silent Alarm" Service

Slide the red alarm buttton to the right.

To activate alarm, tap "Don't Cancel" and the Silent Alarm will notify our PeopleGuard professionals. If there is no response after 15 seconds, the alarm will be activated.

If the red alarm request has been accidentally set, it can be cancelled by entering the four-digit PIN chosen in the registration process.

After entering the 4-digit PIN tap "YES" to cancel the request.

Silent Alarm Activated

The red button is now locked in the sent position and the icon will remain red until safety arrives.

Once activated, the StreetSafe Silent Alarm will continue to send an emergency notification and GPS location to your safety advisor, for immediate response.

"Walk With Me" Service

Slide the green alarm buttton to the right.

The "Walk with Me" service is activated, and a trained safety advisor will respond and contact you immediately to assist in any uncertin situation that my arise.

The green button is now locked in the sent position and the icon will remain green until the "Walk with Me" request is resolved.

"Walk with Me" Call Back

Once activated, a trained PeopleGuard safety advisor will return your call, and will stay on the line until you reach your destination safely.

The PeopleGuard professional is trained in stress management and safety procedures, and knows exactly where you are, or can call your local 911 center immediately should you need it.
